Description: The United Nations General Assembly has rejected the resolution regarding the war in Ukraine proposed by the US which excluded language such as Russian aggression and invading forces. The resolution passed 93 – 18 with 65 abstentions one of which was the US. The vote only emphasizes the distinctive approach the US and EU have adopted towards the conflict and the current upending of transatlantic relations.
